Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation by the traveler, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation must be received in writing or via email. If you cancel your reservation, the following fees will apply: Due to the high costs of preparation and pre-booking of non-refundable domestic flights by the airline, cancellations must be received in writing within 45 days of the travel date. Cancellations received more than 30 days before departure will incur a penalty of $700 per person. Those received between 30 and 25 days will incur a 50% penalty per person. Cancellations received between 25 and 20 days will incur a 75% penalty per person. Cancellations received 20 days or less before departure will not receive a refund. No refunds will be made for transfers, city tours, or any other services (including meals, accommodation, or transportation) not utilized by the traveler’s decision.
Transfer of Reservation
The main traveller or the beneficiaries of the contracted trip may transfer their reservation to a person who meets all the required conditions for the trip, subject to the conditions detailed below. This transfer must be communicated in writing to Sacred Journeys with a minimum notice of 30 days before the trip’s start date, unless the parties agree to a shorter period in the contract. Suppose the communication is on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, or outside the usual business hours of the agency, as no management can be carried out. In that case, the working day following the communication will be counted as the notice day. The traveller who transfers their reservation and the person named on the new reservation will be jointly responsible to Sacred Moon for the payment of the balance of the price, as well as any justified additional expenses that may have been caused by the transfer (modification of the reservation in a hotel establishment, change of name in the contract of air or land transport, etc.).
